1. Who we are

CanaryUsers (“the Service”) is operated by Salescadia, Inc., a Delaware C-corporation (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. What the Service does

CanaryUsers analyzes a public web page you submit and simulates behaviorally-diverse AI “users” to surface usability friction and likely drop-off points. Results are automated estimates, provided “as is,” and are not a guarantee of real-world behavior or a substitute for professional QA, accessibility, or security audits.

3. Acceptable use

Only submit URLs you own or are authorized to test. Don’t use the Service to attack, overload, or scan systems without permission, or to violate any law or third-party right.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices and plan details are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply.

5. Disclaimer & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.
