1. Controller

Your data is controlled by Salescadia, Inc. (operator of CanaryUsers).

2. What we collect

URLs you submit for scanning and the public page content fetched from them; basic account and billing details (handled by Stripe); and standard usage/diagnostic logs. We fetch only publicly available pages and do not submit forms or attempt authenticated actions on your behalf.

3. How we use it

To run scans, generate reports, provide and improve the Service, and — in aggregate and de-identified form — to calibrate our models. We don’t sell your personal data.

4. Processors

We use third-party processors including Stripe (payments), our hosting/infrastructure provider, and AI model providers used to generate report narratives.
